What I did
Generate is Northeastern's student-led product development studio. I held three roles across my time there: Software Project Lead, Content Lead, and Engagement Director.
As Software Project Lead I led a 15-person cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to build Couplet, a social app connecting people through shared interests in local events, owning the full cycle from concept to a 300+ person Showcase. As Content Lead I ran a rebranding and digital/SEO strategy that drove 103K+ impressions. As Engagement Director I led three chiefs owning content, events, and experiences for the 160+ person org.
Why it mattered
It is where I learned to lead rather than just build: scoping work for people with different skills, shipping on a deadline, and developing talent (including mentoring a freshman who went on to run eight project teams as Software Director). It turned a room full of students into a product org that actually ships.
